Complete Flat Towing Setup For A 2021 Subaru Crosstrek
Question:
I am thinking about buying this towbar setup, but have a couple of questions 1 Will it fit my car? 2 Will it be a direct fit or do I have to buy other components? 3 I am heading out west to buy a 1972 D200 3/4 ton pickup truck, I want to drive out in my Subaru Crosstrek, then tow it back home behind the pickup truck, do you foresee any issues. I plan on driving 60mph no rush in getting home. 4 Do I have to run social lights in the back of my Subaru or is there a kit so I can use my Subaru lights. Thank you in advance for any and all help. Sincerely

For your 2021 Subaru Crosstrek, the:
-Roadmaster Tracker Tow Bar # RM-020 will work great for you!
However, to connect this tow bar to your toad, you're going to need a base plate like the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-52927-4.
From here you'll be all set, however if you need the rest of the parts needed to flat tow, you're also going to need:
-A braking system like # HM39524,
-A set of safety cables like # C80151,
&
-A wiring kit like # RM-15267.
You mentioned what issues I foresee, really as long as you get everything installed prior to picking up the truck, you shouldn't have any issues.
