Yes, there is a front mounted hitch for your 2022 Ford F-350 dually with a diesel engine. It is the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver item # EH83GR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Ford with included hardware.
This front mounted hitch has a 1,000 lbs capacity for mounting accessories and a 10,000 lbs gross trailer weight. The 2" x 2" receiver sticks out at the bottom of the front bumper and does not effect your ground clearance.
I have attached a picture below so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.
